Do you have any commercial loans in the works?

Have you submitted them to anyone yet?

Do you still have that gnawing doubt in the pit of your stomache that they might keep stipping the loan to death?

Well, here at Trilogy Commercial, we'd love to be your back-up.

You know; just in case...

If it happens to fall out at that other lender, you'll still have it placed with us.

If it closes over there, you will - at the very least -have become familiar with Trilogy's very simple submission requirements.

We are a lender, not a broker. Your files are protected. We won't even pull credit until you tell us to.

I just want to get you used to our system. That way, you'll be comfortable with our process when you choose Trilogy Commercial as your first lender of choice for Small Balance Commercial deals.

No "Guaranteed Interest Recovery" clauses.
No "Lock-Out" periods.
No Balloons.
Stated Income available on most property types!
Up to $5m Full-Doc and $2m "stated"!
30 year Fixed Rate amortizations!
Yield-Spread paid; up to 2.00 points!
Inside Account Executives available at their desks - where you need us, when you need us! (not out wandering the streets delivering donuts to your competitors...)
Underwriters sitting right next to your AE's, working side-by-side to get your deals done!!!
