so my client now with a 625 mid score got divorced from hubby and the judge ordered her to refinance her duplex and her hubby to refinance his. she did and got into an arm. he didn't and let it go into forclosure. well he pulled it out of forclosure and has a cc that he didn't pay and basically f***ed her credit up. Now she has a forclosure on her credit and her arm is going to adjust next month. she's at 8 now I'm trying to go FHA but having issues with the marital property state crap of wisconsin.
any thoughts on lenders? |
