FHA SCORE 578 cash out

Does anyone know a lender that does a 578 cash out on FHA? They have to pay decent yeild at a 6.5%....

try country wide
they are paying close to 2 points with out ant SRP

CW just went to 580 score I believe.. FHA turntimes around 11 days right now
