To all my broker associates who submitted deals to me at Seabreeze Financial.
I sent this update to those who are in my broker account list.
But just in case you did not get it I am posting here.
I recently moved companies from Seabreeze Financial (Commercial Hard Money)
to LNB Commercial Capital Corp. (Conventional Commercial and Hard Money)
Which means I have to get used to reading rate sheets and credit reports again.
However, I can now offer you more commercial programs. Many many more!
I now have a full array of A+ through C- credit commercial programs as well as Hard Money.
Please do not send anymore e-mails to my Seabreeze account.
Seabreeze will be out of order for the near future.
Use the LNB e-mail address instead.
