Fannie Mae is no longer doing 95% SISA??

Well,

I need this loan to get closed

New Purchase, FTHB, 698 MiD
Stated / Verified
OO / PR
Buyer can only go to 90%,
Florida property, so this is declining market (need 95%)
Loan AMount 180K

Well SISA I can do 90% after declining market....

Chances of this closing are very slim only cause of Mortgage Insurance.. The MI companies have been kicking stated income loans right and left.....

You can email me 1003/1008 and credit and I can take a look...
