| Looking for a $542K purchase loan for OO, SIVA, SFR with 65 LTV/CLTV. Mother is selling to son with gift of equity. Not a bail-out loan as all mother's loans are current. Son has to go stated because his is a legitimate self-employed General Contractor with business and General Contractor's license. Looking for a lender that allows SIVA on a non-arms lenght transaction. |
