No limit on cash out...

Does any one know which lenders dont have a limit on the amount of cash out? Borrower owes 140k and would like to pull out around 400k to invest

We don't have a limit on cash out.

What would your pricing be on a 30 year and a 15 year?

Pricing is better on the fixed programs, but will only allow $300k cash out.
