Hey there everybody. I am looking for a few knowledgable professionals that are very niche based in what they do in this industry. To give you an example, I already have the following niches covered on this project...
reverse mortgages, commercial mortgage, mortgage marekting, pay per click, SEO, credit repair.

I need one from each of the following.....
FHA mortgage trainer, hard money professional, a whole sale rep that really understands what his going on on the lender side right now, short sale specialist, forclosure bailout specialist, a national appraisel rep, and any other niches im leaving out you can post or email me to see if there is room for you on this project.
If you feel you are one of the knowledgable leaders in each of the above mentioned niches please email me for more details. This project will bring you re-occuring national exposure as well as a residule income for a long time to come.

| I have been working and closing fha's for 90% of my business for the past 6 years as my main focus of business. I was also in charge of hiring and traing loan officers for my previous employer for 4 years. I'm not sure what you are cooking up but I would love to hear more and see if I am a fit. Ray,
I am a commercial appraiser and I specialize in small commercial (often SBA) properties. 75% of my work consists of industrial manufacturing/warehousing, storage yards and auto repair with the remaining 25% being single and multi-tenant medical and general office buildings.
If this is a good fit with your project, I would be excited to hear more about it.
Also, my father owns an insurance agency with a "trusted advisor" niche. He has been in business close to 20 years.
Good luck with your project either way. |

Also FHA is covered as well and i have been getting a ton of emails about that. Sorry guys. Tim is the man at FHA and i only needed one. |

I have been getting some really good emails. I think that i would love it if the ideas kept flowing in. If you feel you have a lot of knowledge to give back tot he industry and you want to train on your niche please shoot me an email. The amount of effort needed from you for this project is very little and the return will be very big in the near future.
I have the following niches covered...

What about TITLE INSURANCE companies who can close in all states. I am part owner of a Title Insurance company in NC. We streamline these and even do closings at the clients home. Just wanted to throw that out there.
