| Is there anyone that can refi a working B&B at 45% LTV. It is a rate/term, with 750 FICO..can go stated or full doc. Loan would be $350k. Looking for minimum fixed term of 10 years. |

Have a 10 year fixed stated income but pricing is better if you can go full doc.

| Depending on the DSCR being 1.3% or higher we can secure a 7.26% rate on a 10 year fixed product. |
