Hi, Please let me know of a lender that can do this loan without seasoned down payment.
Foreclosure..Purchase price 150k, 20% down cash, down payment seasoned only 30 days...mid score 579. house appraised 180k. |

| I would call Bez, He was my account rep at my old company and was great... Stay away from Wachovia they are a huge pain to work with... I am sure I will get an email on this post. |
