With rates just getting cut again it really is getting the renters market stirred for potential buyers. I will have my staff of TMs call these renters in your local area and get them to you.

These are good for any Loan oficer, Realtor, or even better fro a husband/wife realtor/LO combination.

Our purchase leads are...

*Great way to build relationships with realtors
*Increase your referral business
*Half the price of refinance tele marketed leads
*Less than 24 hours old
*All tele marketed leads are 100% exclusive

These range from $35-$50 per lead depending on your quantity. The following criteria is used on each lead as well.

*No Bankruptcies
*Good Rental History
*Monthly Income of $3,000 or more (CA & FL - $5,000 or more)
*Valid Phone Number

The average closing percentage is a TRUE 3-5%. These are cheaper than my refi leads but the closing percentage are not as high as the refi due to obvious fall out on the cold footed folks...

do you still have the 10% closing guarantee going on?

The 10% is on the live transfer ARM leads and yes its still going on. The only thing is that im very limited on the time slots available. What state are you looking to call bud.?

Keep in mind that these are 100% exclusive and have talked with my TM for about 5-10 minutes and will remember my TM's name when you call them.

50 leads will run you $45 per lead (Get 5 free)
