This I'm sure has been mentioned before in one of the other PMI posts, buttt......

No more agency sisa over 90% due to PMI restrictions (I'm not sure if it's across the board yet, but it will be soon)

And any wholesale lender you use that uses a US BANK warehouse line, is now maxed at 90% financing before any declining market reduction (based on LP or appraisal) for agency sisa.

Things are getting a little bit tougher.
