80% Jumbo, 622 FICO

Permanent res. alien, $750K home, Texas, 622 FICO, 20% down, couple of older collections not paid off, 2x30 late payments on a car last 12 months, depending on how income is calculated, between 38-48% DTI. Could possibly go to a lower LTV after March. Payment shock quite high. Currently paying $2100/mo rent.

Im a mortgage banker that can broker and Im looking for a solution. Wachovia turned me down and I am stumped at this point.

hmmm...no one has any ideas? Im willing to try anything. Wachovia said they would do it but they backed out on payment shock. Is there anyone out there that will touch this?
