Two loans for a highly referred Tennessee broker

I am a texas mortgage broker only licensed in Texas, I have two clients (both friends) one is buying a second home in Memphis the other refinancing in Memphis. I am looking for a good mortgage broker, to send these loans to. The clients are familiar with the lending process, origination YSP etc. I am more so wanting them to be taken care of then for financial gain but a small referral would be nice.
