Patrick, as stated above.

He offers a lot more than just processing, and his fees are reasonable.

Thank you ladies. You are my two favorite BO Ladies (Erica does not count since she rarely shows her face around here )

I need more good processors too! LOL

It's getting crazy here. So, we are starting to get picky with submissions. Put the kybosh on the send us a signed 1003, FNM file and credit and we take it from there setup. Now we are enforcing the minimum submission requirements and pre-underwriting the files before we begin processing. Times are changing and we all need to change with them.

Reading this...I'm thinking that it's good that I stay out of sales. LOL But, honestly if we were not in demand we would not have to tighten guidelines.

If you have good clean files we have a good clean process. We always strive to deliver value.

You scared her off. I was going to ask her if she wanted a job. I saw "experienced" and "honest" in the profile. That's a big "HIRED" for me. LOL

Patrick, when I met you, you did not seem like a mean boss. What, two firings in the last month?

More than that I think.

I'm not a mean boss. I'm pretty cool. All my life I've found that there are always people that try and take advantage of that. Also, we are growing pretty fast now and one person is now capable of causing a good bit of chaos if they do not do their job...and I have an "Axe Man" now. I've only done two of the firings myself....It's not pretty...I almost cry (serious) if that makes you feel better about my character. LOL

And to think I met you when you started the empire... Remember the little people when you get to the top.

I know you are not mean.

I do have a book of stock certificates that I've been itching to put out there for a while now.

When Phase 2 of the master plan goes into effect there will be stock options for all clients and employees...That pays off in Phase 3 (Phase 3 is excellllent....Muhhhh haa haa haa.)LOL

Something like that. His Fiance is working on her English Phd so the "I regret to inform you" letters are real masterpieces. Might start selling the templates on our new Shopingcart site I'm working on. LOL
