Oregon properties. Looking for 65% Hard Money for the first and the Seller will give a 35% seller carry back.
Let me know if there is anyone who has an investor who is interested in this type of scenario???

Hello Anthony,
The only way this would work with us is if the borrower was able to pledge additional collateral to the deal. We always look to see if the borrower is invested in the loans before we move forward.

I would go up to 50-55% in first position at 11.75% 40 due in 10 fixed with 3 month prepayment penalty at a cost of 3.50% and $695 underwriting.
