I have a small commercial - 632 and 650 mid / C/O REFI / 170K / 55 LTV / FULL DOC / 39DTI / 325K value (368K ZILLOW for land) / has a comm bldg on it with the only ATM in town / need lender that will NOT require appraisal!!!!!! The reason being it takes 12 to 15 weeks for an appraiser to go out there and they need C/O NOW!!! Need to close ASAP!!! Rate 8 if possible!!!! or keep payment under 1200

looking for lot loan in Ranch Santa Fe.(san diego county) 600k second, current first of 550k, recent appraisal of 3.2 mil. Less than 40 %ltv. Looking for quick close.
also 4 unit spec home construction loan. All plans/permits etc done. future value of 2.5 mil. Need 1.4 mil excellent credit full doc. Looking for a local bank. |
