Just seeing if there is a broker shop that has the best banks to use and a good system for letting a loan officer find loans. I am spending to much time searching for loans and filling out paper work. Does anyone have a system in place where you can bring the loan in and Great Processor takes it over and you move on to the next person? I can find a loan everyday if I didn't have to do so much follow up and could just turn the loan in and move on.

Just need to find a place with a system in place and a flat fee per loan

Half the fun is finding a lender to do the loan.

The best broker is one that is approved FHA and provides leads or better yet incoming calls, you just pick up the phone and make money, maybe still getting up to 40% commission, maybe not 40% after all.

up to 40%, the best????? How many times did you have to write that on a chalkboard before you started believing it. Don't worry though, if your boss closes shop you can always get a job as a telemarketer

Hey Oceancurl,

I'm a broker, but my real duties are to process the loans. I do the typical broker admin stuff also, but what i flourish on is my processing skills. I've been processing for 8 years, so I know more about processing than brokering. I run the company like exactly how you are describing it. The loan officers turns in the file and move on to the next one and let us proccessors worry about it. That's exactly what a loan officer and processsor jobs are. They process while you originate. Email me if you are interested in coming on board.
