We have a client that has Mining equipment Valued at 100M, It is owned free and Clear.
We are looking for $20-$30M.
Hard Money Terms and Rates are fine, We are not able to provide Finacials that will be strong enough for Banks or Institutional Lenders.
If there is someone who can help facilitate this loan we would be greatful..

Even private sources are going to want to see Financials, tax returns a full financial package. Especially for that loan amount. And your borrowers better be strong. We have sources for it. But it will require:Personal Financial Statements
Personal Guarantee
Financial Statements for Company past two years.
Along with equipment title, pics, Use of Proceeds.
