I Have a COMPLETE PACKAGE 1003, credit, appraisal and title.......
The issue is...he is the owner of a custom builder company (construction)
He has 7 other porperties as well. I had to state his income around 35,000 a month...He actually makes that and more......
He has only had his business license for 19 months and that is where we are stuckk..
