Customer is seeking a sstated/verified POA in Hawaii. They recently completed a custom build and are seeking a perm loan to payoff construction loan and outstanding invoices associated with the build. Value $2.3M L/A $1480000., dti 54, ltv 63, no problem with VOE, $210K in reserves.

I need a porfolio lender who does make sense loans. Wachovia when are you going to start lending in HI???
