| Do anyone know of a commercial lender for multi-family purchases that will utilize the Purchase Pros down payment assistance program in the State of Michigan? $950k Sales Price...Buyer high 600's FICO. |

I asked 4 friends of mine who work for non-profit housing groups there and none of them had ever hear of it. If the DSCR is good I can help you if the client wants to put 10% down. |
