GOOGLE the company name
GOOGLE their address, phone number, etc.
Put their address in Yahoo Maps and see what pops up. See if it is an office building or SFR (use the Satellite Feature)
Make sure they have a definite mailing and physical address (if they differ). If you see there are several companies to that address (i.e., they don't differentiate suites), they may be at a Mailboxes Etc., UPS Store, etc., which would mean they are probably lying (there are several on this site that actually call themselves a Lender that do this) or they have an executive suite in an office building.
If nothing still comes up should there be any questions – RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!!

| Depends what you're looking to do. They charge 10% on their unsecured lines whereas I only charge 3%. I've called them a few times on regular commercial deals and never got a call back. I may be able to help you or point you in the right direction. |
