this one isn't looking good.
such a large loan you'd think they'd have more reserves.

They have plenty of reserves. I'm trying to find out if 95% is doable. |

it looks like the 1.4m kills it at 95%
US Bank prime does up to 100% financing but only to 900k

Citi will allow 95 cltv to 1m, but at 1.5m it cuts back to 75% |
