Who can do this deal in Florida:
It will be buyer's 2nd home
Purchase price $125,000
LTV - 90
Credit 716
But must get a 2nd/Heloc at same time for $30,000 which we would like to do at the same time. Lastly, this deal can only happen if it can Close in 7-10 days!
So, who can make this happen??? |
