I have a client who is looking at selling two shares in a beach house to have a total of 5 partners. The 2 new partners are looking at fractional ownership. They would be purchasing the shares for $290,000. What lenders do fractional ownership and what does it entail? House recently appraised at $1,400,000.00. Property is located in NC.
