| Anyone know where I can find a reasonable 1M first lien LOC for a HI cash-out refi? 802 FICO, 50% LTV, SIVA with 60 mos depository assets. Owns property free and clear. 25 years self-employed. CMG doesn't like the fact that the HI mansion "lacks a permanent source of heat".... (1% of like homes have) |

where is the property located? state county and what does he/she do for a living? need release of lien showing property is free and clear

| I think I addressed that in my post. There are no weaknesses with the borrower. Owns electric company 25 years. 165K in bank accounts. 515K in investment accounts. There are no weaknesses with the property. Beautifully maintained 4000sq ft SFR. 2.02 acres. 2.6M value. Asking for a 1,000,000 first-lien line of credit (1,000,000 cash out). |
