Building and Business?
I have a broker in South Jersey that is looking to buy a building because his business is off the charts. |

Its good to know someone is " off the charts " , sure if you can broker the deal I would be glad to work out compensation , if you want to e mail or fax me a non circumvent I would sign it to commence speaking to your contact , this would be a turn key office for him at below market rent |

| No, Nick, I don't want to broker the deal at all. One of the guys I do business with is in South Jersey and is looking to buy a building. I was just going to pass the info to him. I thought I'd tell him there was something available at a firesale price. |

Nevermind , I dont own the building and its really not a " fire sale " , I have 3 other offices , just pulling back from the biggest one , letting all furniture and equipment go at 50% off list price , dont see the need for it again for 5-7 years , by that time I will be 51 and most likely retired to South America the equipment will be worthless , If I can get at least 50% of value today a donation to charity would get me a nice write off or I will ship it to Peru/Bolivia/Chile where its a freeport on inport taxes and old computer equipment is still marketable
So your freind with the " off the charts " business in SJ , I am surprised I have not heard of him , the only one I know big into REOs in SJ is an ex REEMAX guy , I assume your friend is in some type of loss mitiagtion REO business because thats what I see you pitching on the BO . |

| He does the ocassional loss mitigation deal as do most brokers but that is not his mainstay... I am not so sure he would want me topost his business model on the outpost. He's a friend I have known for years as I am originally from that neck of the woods but I guess it is all moot if there is no real estate involved and no firesale incentive. |
