Hi, Can anybody help me with the following scenario?
350,000 Loan Amount
SIVA
743 Mid-Fico
Primary Residence
Las Vegas, NV
Self-Employed for 10 years
What is the MAX LTV I can get? They can put down, but they want to keep it as low as possible.

| Are you able to price with Wells Fargo with their Mortgage Express program as I feel that would be an excellent choice depending on the LTV and CLTV |
