I am having a hard time looking for a lender that will lend in Nevada. Does anyone knows who can lend in NV with high LTV?
I have a borrower who will be purchasing a house in a short sale. Purchase Price: $476,000.00 Mid-Fico: 700 Full Doc SFR Clark County Owner Occupied |

You might have problem with High LTVs.
I'm having same problem in our NV Office.
