| looking for lender to allow builder/developer to pay borrower's 1st year of payments on residential lots located near or on Intercoastal waterway in Myrtle Beach, SC. Range is 150-650K. |

| Try RBC Centura. They may allow for that. They have a pretty good lot loan program in the Southeast. |
