Pricing question?

What are you guys in wholesale pricing at on this program?

Assume ACCEPT on a 10/1 IO arm.

I have a competitor saying 6.125 with only .25% origination... I cant seem to beat that, doesn't seem accurate

6.125 is par on fast and easy today assuming on an average deal (200K, 80%, 7 day lock to get that price)

Thanks for posting Mike, thats what I thought. They locked it yesterday, but it couldn't have been much better..

I am actually getting .25% YSP on a 30 day lock @ 6.125 and I thought that sucked?

Kyle, you haven't provided all the details to price it accurately.

I just priced the following:

10/1 IO ARM - Fast & Easy
720 FICO
80%LTV
R/T refi
O/O
$200K
30-day lock
CA

I got 1.0 YSP - ???

Also, Countrywide's rates can vary quite a bit by broker. They don't do me any favors but I have processed loans for other brokers that received much better pricing than I.

Yeah, they reason I didnt list the details is because its so vanilla.

you got 1pt YSP on that huh, the only diff I think may cause a hit is loan amt? Thats pretty good.

I re-priced it and it didn't change.
