What lenders just do a fully executed VOE
I have encountered one lender who does with a 1 basis point hit without using a 4506.
Are there any more lenders like this? |

| Run it DU, it may come back needing only a Verbal or Full VOE. |

As long as we can verify the employ. via internet and other online tools and can call and do a voe we don't require one. I am only asked to get one when we can't verify.
