| I have loan in oregon. fico 661 self employed owns his own business ( 10 years ) sfr/ 0x30/ 80% ltv/ he took a second out in 1/2007 (not a second to purchase his home) so not sure what your cash out rules are.......stated verified need a 30 year fixed. thanks |

How much did he cash out in Jan, and what did he do with the money?
Also what does he plan to do with the cash from a new loan. |
