| I am looking around if Jumbo and Super Jumbo loan lenders can go SIVA ( Self-Employed)with 700+ credit scores and 80% LTV for OO purchases? Foreign Nationals lenders also needed. |

| foreign national loans are limited to 65 - 70% LTv , and generally to a loan limit of 750k. there are exceptions. |

I am working with Wachovia here in Naples, FL. They offer 75% LTV Fannie Mae + passport up to $600,000 and Asset verification over $600K
At this point I am interested in Jumbos for US residents at 80% LTV. I know it's very hard but maybe somebody will look at my loans. |
