Anyone have this product or know of anyone who does?

70% or less CLTV
California
SFR

I can get that credit score up to 680 most likely if needed.

Please let me know if anyone has anything or any ideas. Very much appreciated.

As a last ditch effort I can do it at 65% LTV depending on the county in Hard Money. Just you need it. grant@capitalgrove.com Let me now
