I got a free and clear title need 300k, just took house off mls 5 weeks ago. who can do a refi cash out, 1st or stand alone, with 5 weeks off mls?? let me know

As long as you can provide mitigating circumstances and you have a good processor to negotiate with your underwriter you may be able to do it with Wachovia/World Savings
