In Todays market, aside from property values, CREDIT is the biggest hurdle to getting a loan done.
The higher the score - the easier the deal. Heck if you have a 750+ credit score, you can get a SISA, SIVA, No Document loan . . . The Banks and investors LOVE YOU !!
