 Search for: who offers stated income to 80% subprime???.

I am working with a borrower looking to buy a home in GA, he has a 601mid score looking to go stated income at 80%-85% LTV if possible. The scenario is below:

Appraised Value:245000
Loan amount: 196000
LTV: 80
CLTV: 80
Occupancy: Owner Occupied
Loan Purpose: Purchase
Loan Type: Conventional
State: GA
Doc Type: Stated Income
Middle Score: 601
Debt Ratio: 45
Seasoning: 24+ months RENT
Mortgage Lates: None
Foreclosure: None
Bankruptcy: None
Tradelines: 7

I would try U.S. Bank, they will do 1 loan to 100% with no MI. Not sure if you can get it done with a 601 Fico. Good luck to ya.

Equifirst can get this done at 80% going SIVA if s/e or higher if they can go bank statements for proof of income

Go to www.equifirst.com to find a rep in your area

Chase wil do 65%LTV Stated S/E at 601 Fico. Need min 620 to go up to 90%.
