Hoping you folks can point me in the right direction. I didn't think I was stupid -- BUT... having a hard time finding a lender for these loans. Any help would be appreciated!
1. $625K loan amount, cash out refi, DU EA-I, 73% LTV. FICO's are around 620. Obtained one lenders automated approval but after review, underwriting came back with Rate/Term only which will not work. Trying to payoff all their debt. Full doc.
2. $1.25MM purchase. 740+ FICO. Customer is looking for an 80/10 with 10% down. Full doc.
3. 4 unit investor rate / term only. Stated. 65% LTV. 700+ FICO.
Any recommended lenders? Any lenders interested in taking a look? They "seem" easy but I've been having a hard time placing them. Before anyone says it -- yeah, I'm an idiot. But that's ok -- just give me the guidance! Thanks!

| Thanks for the information -- Mark, I'll call you later today. Chad, BOH has some really good rates but they will not go above 85% on a jumbo of $1MM right now. They are also changing their guidelines on 3/1. I will check out Security National! |
