Massachusetts Loan, High Ratios, some credit issues but good explanation.
Need to find a lender that will do a manual underwrite. Thanks for any help. Full file...ready to go.

We manually underwrite with no credit score requirements. Call me to discuss.

Play with the numbers. Make sure that you have entered everything correctly. The more cash the more likely that you can get an approve out of it. I have seen ratios as high as 62 get an approve.

Credit score of 543 mid in Massachusetts. Who can get a $200k FHA approval?

The Money Store will go to 60 dti with compensating factors. 24 to 48 hour turn times. Manuals down to 580, with Du approval down to 550, and FHA Secure down to 500
