I have a former client in Irvine, CA with a PUD worth 770k and he wants to refi rate and term into an option arm preferable the hybrid variety. Loan is appx 650k. He has excellent credit and he in president of the association board. Any takers for this? If so, please send me your rate info and matrix if you have one.
