I am looking for an investor/bank that offer construction loans to rural type properties and/or properties with small acreages (40 or so).
Can anyone help?
Please let me know.
Thanks,

hello
I am pretty sure that citi bank construction will do this for you , but the kicker with them is you have to be approved with them through there az location to do the construction loans, ( which i am ) but yes we have been getting alot of construction loans lately due to this flaw with citi, and there actually really agressive with this construction program ,

How is Fort Fun doing this time of year? Hit up the Martini Bar or Drunken Monkey lately? That town is a blast.

haha...nice to know someone on here knows of Fort Fun! Supposedly the martini bar shut down a couple weeks ago but it looks as though they are back in business. I get to old town about once a month (or so)for a drink. How is it that you know of Fort Collins?
