Owner Occupied, 2nd mortgage, cash out, SFR on 40 acres, not rural, guy wants $350K, but will take most lender can give, 665 fico, 0X30, Colorado.

I have a hard money investor that will give him up to 200k but at 10 points cost and 8-9% rate. If you want to know more let me know.
