| What is the name and website of your company? Do you have any testimonials from other BO members? I'm guessing that you probably don't given that you have only posted a few times. And where are you located? |

What are you considering a lead? Are this people you have contacted? People who have contacted you with an interest in reverse mortgages? Perhaps just a data list?
I'm asking because 200 is A LOT to purchase in one whack to follow up on if they are quality leads. Impossible, really. |

| The prospect is ages 62+, and stated they want information on reverse mortgage. No contact's through broker outpost yet we deal with liberty reverse they hit 7-10% app. ratio. It's done through direct mail. Then given a call. |

Abram,
Per our conversation, you told me that you sold your leads to Wells Fargo and that your were trying to branch out to other companies. You never mentioned Liberty Reverse. Not to be sarcastic, but which one is it?

How many times are these 'direct mail' leads sold? Because at $9/ea, there's no way that you can make any $$ selling them just once. The numbers just don't work out.
Any testimonials from anybody, anywhere? Phone numbers so that we can talk with them? |

I THOUGHT that you were the real deal Abram, but after you posted about Liberty Reverse, we contacted them to verify what you said. Per Liberty, they do NOT do busiess with you. In fact, they said that they have turned your company down several times.
VERY misleading. I hope nobody buys into your 'pitch' (or pie in the sky). |

Don't sweat the reference. I already called the company you listed. I spoke to them, and they said what I wrote above. It's all good (but not really).
I did ask you for references, and you gave me some from a different business altogether. It is what it is, please remove me from your email contacts.
