Guys,
What are we seeing on average in terms of direct mail response OUTSIDE of mailing arm data in the Chicago area?
I will share, I am very curious to see what are peoples response rates are right now for a comparison... And if you do contribute, DO NOT LIE! (takes away from the point of the excercise)
We are seeing between a .4 and .7% response rate on pre-screen data (cashout propects with certain ltvs, and certain credit scores), the response on these lately has even dipped further, I know others are going through the similar and am just wondering the the general refi cashout prospects have stopped responding due to volatility in the markets...
On our arm recast mailings we are at or around 5%, but this in itself is only an augmentation (due to amount of records, credit restrictions, value, etc.)
Thanks in advance!
