Looking for a lender that can go to a loan amount of $2,380.00 - 70% LTV, SIVA, 780 Fico - cash out.

| Have you tried ING Mortgage? They do not require asset verificatin of any kind, if you make over 1% YSP they charge a 3% PPP for 12 months. No Escrow hit and they only do 5/1 and 7/1 ARMs |
