| I have a couple with a 601 mid. NO DEROGS. Only derogs that show were included in BK 7 finalized 1/2004. Has several new trades since. NO mtg lates. Currently 9.3 and 11.25 on 1st and 2nd. Have offer of 9.25 with escrows and No MI. Have full package. Not happy with other lender due to starting at 8.625 then sent GFE @8.75 then disclosure package showed up with 9.25. Im afraid what Ill see at closing!! |

whats the ltv?
The loan amount?
Have you tried FHA.. |

| Yeah I am curious why you haven't tried FHA on this loan, have you run them automated too. DU sometimes will still approve a loan if other circumstances warrant it. I run everything through DU or LP, and sometimes it surprises you..... |
