We are hiring experienced Loan Officers in San Diego. Leads will be provided for purchase and refinance business. We are approved with all major lenders and also have access to most of the Down Payment Assistance programs in San Diego and Riverside County. We are approved to do FHA, VA, and Conv loans. We also offer a short-refi program for homeowners that are in default or upside down in value.
The commission split will be based on the Loan Officer's experience. A CA real estate license is required.
