I have a purchase in Nevada and I'm just wondering if there's any lender that still do 95% LTV that don't mind if it's declining market.
FICO: 723 SISA 95% LTV Purchase Nevada Loan Amount: 527,277 Sales Price: $555,029 SFR-primary
Please let me know..
Thanks!

Try US Bank. Not sure if they are still able to insure it though. I know a bunch of MI companies are not insuring anything stated anymore so you might have to look for a LPMI product. Good Luck.

I just looked it up on my NYLX...looks like 5.99% is par for a 95% SISA through Flagstar. No LPMI though.

Countrywide and US Bank can't do it also.
Is there any lenders out there? |

It is their 30yr fixed SISA....however, we are set up correspondent with them so I am not sure if that makes a difference on their programs. US Bank can definitely do this loan because I just funded one like it on Thu...the rate was 6.875%<2.25>.

US Bank does not do Stated Income loans through Wholesale. Are they doing them through Correspondent channels?
